This man is incredibly intelligent and hardworking; he graduated at the top of his class at Harvard and later, finished his doctorate at Oxford in two years. He later went to Yale. He also speaks many languages. I aspire to emulate a fraction of his achievements.
Yeah I love the way he rehabilitated the republican theft of a supreme court seat, such a feat.

Pre-law undergraduate major is useless in terms of preparation for law school, much less in becoming a lawyer. Pre-law and criminal justice majors (I’m generalizing, I’m sure there are a few rigorous programs out there) lack academic rigor compared to STEM or top tier literature/English degrees. Pre-law/criminal justice majors are the least prepared for law school in every objective category: LSAT scores, Law school gpa, job placements, clerkships etc
Professor Feldman wrote "Scorpions", the story of Supreme Court Justices Frankfurter, Black, Jackson, and Douglas. It is a magnificent book. Buy it!!

‘Professor’ Feldman?... Why can’t this kid at least hide his bias and hatred. At least pretend you are impartial! He is supposed to look like an expert, not an activist.
B.T. What makes you think he’s biased? I don’t wish to argue or belittle you. His academic production is politically moderate, and in many regards similar to Dr. Turley.
But if you’d like or have the time, I’d suggest reading some of his published papers on the intellectual origins of the establishment clause, his essays regarding cosmopolitan law in Martha Nussbaum’s ethics book, and his work in constitutional law.
I’ve worked for Dr. Turley and I assure you, he and every conservative leanings scholar I know do not think any of the three legal scholars are biased. In fact, I’m sure Dr. Turley himself would say Feldman is the smartest living constitutional scholar (he has said this more than once both in private and in public). I’ve been on a mini-crusade to inform people nuances of constitutional law, so if you need help with technical terms you come across in Feldman’s papers I’d be glad to help.
c O There is nothing academic about Feldman. He apparently knows how to make a career, but I can’t take Harvard serious anymore. I don’t know him personally, so he may well be a good person. He is an academic in name, but doesn’t act as such. An academic approach would need at least some distance, as Turley showed. There is no structure or build up, he immediately starts ranting. His fanatism and political bias are to obvious. A certain academic level demands you to show different perspectives. This man clearly started with the outcome (‘guilty’) and worked towards that conclusion. I have no respect for such ‘scholars’. He made his party members use him as an instrument to repeat their narrative. From his first word he sounds like an activist who tries to stuff his opinion down our throats. An analysis should speak for itself. If you need to convince us by trying to make your interpretations look like truths, you are just the next anti-Trumper in the row. It shouldn’t have been about Trump. Feldman and the other two didn’t understand that. They couldn’t treat the case as if it was just about ‘person X’. This looks very bad for American Universities. It was an opportunity to show the educational system isn’t completely politicised. Only Turley showed balance. So I know where my kids should go for high quality and unbiased education. Not to Harvard...

If I was any of Tyrannical Trump’s Republican allies I would stop trying to protect the president’s transparent lies by supporting what’s obviously right. I’d instead focus on being the next Republican president who stood against a group of powerful people and supported upholding the law. Simple. You can see the difference between this narrow-minded robotic professor Feldman and the composed open-minded impartial professor Turley.
Feldman, the emotional Democrat activist (“I just hate Trump!”) versus Turley, the honest intellectual (“The hatred has made Democrats ignore basic constitutional principles”). Because Feldman’s substance doesn’t speak for itself, he tries to convince us by emphasising every word he says. That might impress the also hyperventilating MSM, but not the educated public.
I watched both statements in full, as a neutral from another country who has no ties to America whatsoever.
My impression was that Turley was rambling, saying nothing of value and spouting party lines, while Feldman was being clear, concise and stating the obvious (the most critical line being that refusing to cooperate with an impeachment enquiry is putting yourself above the law, which in of itself is the core of any impeachable offence).
I find it mental that so many Americans are watching this and seeing the total opposite.

The one question they should have asked these over-educated profs is (especially Feldman)... What is your academic opinion on The Electoral College and is it essential or should it be abolished? So many libs think that if a person wins by one vote, they should be president. If they responded "it should be abolished" it would ruin their arguments completely. The framers were visionaries - these ivory tower talking heads had axes to grind.
