Yes it can. But while charging the fan power is restricted to 1%

So far this is the most powerful portable fan that I have tried. There may be less noisy ones but not powerful. So it depends on personal preference whether which or what is better :)
Para refrescar la cara no necesitas un tornado de viento.... Date cuenta que si fuera necesario tanta potencia el resto de los ventiladores de mano no serviría ninguno. Mucha potencia será para eses accesorios que trae. Pero como ventilador personal no.
Mi experiencia con un ventilador de cuello curiosamente de la misma marca fue mala. El ruido molesto hace que no lo use. Es muy molesto (a parte de que tampoco da el viento en la cara). Pero el sonido en la velocidad más baja es insoportable hasta el punto que cuando lo apagas da la impresión de que estas sordo durante un poco tiempo. Por esta razón sl ver tu video y la marca... automáticamente tenía que preguntarte por el sonido. Ahora he visto otros videos y confirmo que el ruido sinestesia molesto para usar como ventilador personal de mano.

El corrector puso "sinestesia" cuando lo que yo puse era "si es" 🤣🤣

Lvl1 - 6hrs lang
Lvl100- 1-1.5hrs lang
Kakadisappoint kasi sabi sakin ng seller na ung lvl100 is un ung 6hrs. Kaloka basta forda sales.
Level 100 is too powerful to even last for 6 hours!
Sakin nga hindi pa umaabot ng 1 hour sa top speed, kung pwede lang ibalik yang fan na yan kakapangsisi. Napabili tuloy ako nung pro1s, mas ok sya

I connected their CS and these are their suggestions:
1. Could you please try to hook up the hair using a thin wire, needle, or tweezer?
2. Could you please try blow up the hair using an electric fan or hair blower?
3. Or you can use the flame of a lighter to burn the hair. This fan uses an aluminum alloy casing, so you don't have to worry about the casing being damaged by flames. But please don't let the flame burn it for a long time, just for 1-2 seconds. Then remove the flame, and try again. Repeat this until the hair inside is burned away.

I haven't charged as I use it occasionally at random speed. I think it should be good.
Worst for the price, can't even last for an hour on max speed
