    Hi everyone! Just wanted to let you know I uploaded a new Notion video answering some common questions that were left on this video! Most of the questions were about my agenda, toggles, links in my content planner, and how to use my habit tracker, but I also updated my agenda to fix the issue I was having with columns disappearing when dropping them in a toggle. I also updated my template with the changes from the video, so watch it here: th-cam.com/video/KkxQjXr9sho/w-d-xo.html and I hope I was able to answer your questions! Thank you guys so much for your support!! ♡

    I used your free template as a jumping-off point and customized it to my needs using your tips and I just want to say thank you because I have yet to find a way to make a clean weekly agenda until I found your video and your template was just perfect! I was able to make it work for both my school/ homework tasks and my separate appointment/date-oriented agenda as well as organize all of my other things like budget and my project and blog planner. You are amazing!!

    Hey! Just a fyi that I stumbled across while messing around my with archive template. If you'd like to keep the integrity of the columns while moving it to the archives, what you need to do is - after you have created the toggle list - use the 6 dots to move the toggle list (with the week/term) upwards by one space. What's more important is that it is no longer on the same column line, but is on the preceding one. Then, once you highlight and drag the days in, it all stays within their nice columns - even the calendar is placed well.
    Hope it helps 😊

    Can I just say a huge THANK YOU! I’ve been watching notion tutorials for a month and I’ve been so lost on how people set up their stuff. And let me tell u your video was the first one to actually explain everything I was looking for. Thank you so much - u r amazing! Keep up with the good work! ❤️

  • @elipapa6650
    @elipapa6650 3 ปีที่แล้ว +12

    I accidentally discovered how to keep the columns in place:
    Instead of turning JUST the old week's header into a toggle and then dragging the rest into the toggle, you have to select the WHOLE old week, not manually one by one, but using the 6 dots on the left side, at the very begin of the template, so you select it all in one big block, then you name it and it's finally ready to be dragged in the archive.
    I'm sorry if this explanation is messy, english is not my first language, I hope this is still helpful!

    if I can suggest a thing: when you're writing in the "equation mode" and you want space between words, you can space them with this: ~ (the tilde)

    I figured out how to use spaces when you’re making an “italic” font. If you want to put a space between a word, you’ll have to write “~”. If you do “Welcome~To~My~Notion” then it will appear at “Welcome To My Notion”

    Notion uses Markdown language (you can check out the docs for more info), so if you want italic use * before and after the text (e.g. *italic*) and for bold use ** before and after the text (e.g. **bold**).

  • @labelus9826
    @labelus9826 ปีที่แล้ว

    There is a trick that can help add the space that I found out myself after trying every key on the keyboard. So basically in between the words, just type this "~" (for me I had to hit Shift and a buttin below esc). So this works for me, not sure about anyone else.

    To save columns you can turn page to the toggle list in the template. So your new week will be already in the toggle with columns.
