I notice you talk a lot about power. For us older guys who use heart rate is that still ok or is a power meter the way to go now? Can you recommend one?
Power is definitely a more accurate way to train - we understand it's a big investment and learning curve though! None we recommend specifically but if you're in triathlon having power pedals is definitely useful to be able to swap between bikes
There are plenty of pools in London, more than Australia, they tend to be smaller ones but still.
Of course, was more referring to some our athletes experiences with managing training times arouond work etc
