i’ve played this video back and rewatched it several times, already in the span of two hours, i’ve lost count.
“you’re not alone as you think you are… you can relate.”
    -this is so true.
as you mentioned, there are instances where the individual has things on their chest that they want to address, but are often ignored by simply their family. i’m one of those people.
like you discussed, it’s vital that one is able to exert these emotions, by expressing them. whatever that outlet may be.
i journal or type my thoughts, and type how i’m feeling in the present moment in the “notes” app on my phone, when i don’t have anyone to confide too.
there are instances where i’ve found myself resorting to venting in a “vent” channel in a discord server online (as ashamed as i’m to admit) to strangers who could careless.
either way, i find ways to release these thoughts and emotions eating a way at me, thus not to as you said, “implode.”
    also at 3:06 - 3:28
that was real. “it’s okay to not know what you’re doing. especially if haven’t been independent your whole life. then when you actually try, it ends up going wrong and you realize that some people don’t care about you.”
    god bless man. 👊🏾🙏🏾

I'm proud that you're able to express your emotions and take care of yourself. Do not feel ashamed on how you do it. Be proud that you had the courage to do so. I do not know you but I'm very proud of you If no one has told you that I will say that I am very proud of you and you should be proud of yourself. It's not easy I know for myself it is not easy. You just have to take it one day at a time and keep continuing those good habits so then eventually it becomes second nature 🧘🏿‍♂️
