The honesty in your work has me coming back for more. I've always only used Light room mobile but feel like it only limits me to what I can achieve. I'm going to continue to learn from your videos as much as possible and thank you for sharing your knowledge in the industry.

You mentioned Canon cameras and vibrance, do you shoot in Camera Neutral?

Do you happen to sometimes use calibration to fix some of the banding/hot spots in the colors ? I found that it can help with hot highlights in natural light scenes, but I'm not sure it's a valid method of dealing with that as it affects colors globally on the image!

I love the image...and that backdrop!!!! (is it made by you?)

With this complexity of composition it is quite hard to get things right in post processing. While you fixed the over exposed orange in the middle, look what happened with the squeezed juice on the left. Imho it is the case when a colorchecker can save a tons of work.

Why you don’t use medium format with a 16 bit color depth?

What I don't understand is why you id not control the focus (DOF) while shooting. This is not a sport photo, it is a stil-life… Nothing moves, nothing will "escape" from your table… So close you diaphragm or use focus stacking…

Hey Scott, thanks for the tutorial! This picture with autumn hues was so striking that i remembered it. I was shocked to see someone passing it off as their work on FB in a food styling group I'm a part of. Apparently, only the IPR owner can report it, not a 3rd person, so I'm leaving the profile link here for you to report it.
