I gotta say, the swordsoul player playing braindead combos and just shotgunning maxx c and still getting pretty far, versus the weather painter player playing out of their mind and still getting crushed says a lot.
This deck in particular: no. Its too inconsistent and awful: it has wayyy too many handtraps and is missing keycards. With the right proportions the right cards and less hand(brick)traps, you can have an excellent deck in the current meta, that can also compete against SE and Lab.
