Ok. So if ur getting this error code there is a problem with the hard drive or if you are trying to reinstall or update firmware then the address to the file is improperly written. For example, first choose a USB that has a large file space to avoid not being able to save the file to the USB. Secondly format USB to FAT32. Third, create a folder inside the USB and name it PS4 (note all letters must be uppercase). Fourth, open the created PS4 folder and create another folder UPDATE. Now when you save the firmware update to the UPDATE section you'll want to make sure the file saves as PS4UPDATE.PUP. I want to stress that saving it as PS4UPDATE(1).PUP will not work. The system will not be able to accept that directory or whatever it's called. This, you'll get an error code everytime

Didint fix mine either, was able to download it from the internet but then just restarted into safe mode again, seems like Sony wants us to get the ps5 and this will push people to it, you ever fix yours?
