You need to turn your mailman in is what you need to do take a picture of the note to put out there and turning man to supervisor that you have that no doubt their you have asked and asked and asked him to put stuff where it doesn't get ruined and he is ignoring you and your packages are getting wet there's one thing of forgiving people because we're Christians and there's other things on people being stupid he has a job and he needs to do it and do it the right way!
