I'm Kenyan and for whatever reason I get along very well with Ethiopians and Eritreans, usually as soon as we meet we become friends. My best friend in college in the US is Ethiopian. We met on his first day in the uni, we lived together for years after graduating, and he was recently here in Nairobi to visit me. When I landed in Nairobi, the friend I spoke to the most (for years, until he left for the UK) was Ethiopian. I met him the very day I landed. Some Ethiopians ladies here in Nairobi were so nice to me, years ago. The confidence boost that gave me, one can only imagine. If an Ethiopian here in Kenya asks me for help, I don't hesitate to help if I can. Long live the warm relations between our two nations 🇪🇹 🇰🇪. Sometimes I get teary-eyed, honestly

There are so many Ethiopians in Kenya. They got their own churches and neighbourhoods too. Most of them live in the jamhuri estate and kilimani. Their main church is in kilimani,yaya centre.
Don't worry. They're _totally_ comfortable here. There are so many Ethiopians in Kenya and they go back to Ethiopia whenever they want. I know some who travel back and forth between Addis and Nairobi monthly or even more frequently. Visit sometime and you'll understand. In Nairobi they are pretty much as good as in Ethiopia.
