​@@u.s.senterprise3499idk, I've experienced both too but for me grief was more physically painful than betrayal. Betrayal hurt my mental health more while grief hurt my physical health more. Thinking about my ex cheating on me almost made me vomit, but it didn't make my heart burn for days like the death of my best friend did. Betrayal gave me long-term issue like anxiety and depression though. But grief also gives you death anxiety and it's heavy every day. A lot of people die from it. It's hard to compare both really. With betrayal you're grieving a relationship, but with the death of a loved one, you're grieving a life.
