This is more than a game for me. Being one of the first jrpgs I played with a lot of memories attached, this will always be my favorite of all time. This soundtrack reminds me of my childhood when I used to play the game on my ps1 at home before my parents got separated. Just listening to this song again reminded me of how happy my life can be and how it will never be again.
Darren Lustre I agree with your points. stuff like this reminds me of the simpler times when you're young and you got your whole life and dreams ahead of you. Before you know it (me) you're damn near 40 thousands of dollars in cc debt, stuck in a shitty job working hard despite all your health problems and body breaking down. showing your skill and worth for a promotion just to be passed up and given to your 20 year old counterpart, when they've been with the company 3 months at best. you lose part of who you were when you make that transition from kid/adult. It's things like this intro that remind you of those times when times were innocent and you have no worries. lol,wow this is sounding like an essay. Things are rough as an adult. we have to always treasure the good times, asulnnd never take them for granted
It's not like we can't be happy anymore, as our life evolved, our happiness is evolving too, you may know this but you doesn't realised it yet that we find other happiness in different way right now. We may miss our past and the simplicity of it, however don't forget to cherish the new happiness around us now. Be blessed my friend :)
