A percentage (80-90 %) are placed like this first time around and then those who for mostly grades reasons or software issues or system crashes - go to the support teams at the allocated centres to resolve the issues. It's only in Ghana it gets national coverage and people behave like it's the day of judgement expecially when it even free. If you don't want free SHS and issues like this stay home or go private...
