Yes, actually, at least in real life. That cat represents the creator's cat, Mew, who died shortly after the start of work on week 2. He looks like that because Mew was a very thin cat. The idea was that Mew would sort of live on in the game.

4:55 Love how Bf’s hand looks like the same pose he uses for holding a mic. Plus, I imagine he’s jumping in the photo at the last second. The photo also shows how BB’s eyes looked back before he got shot. i think it’s confirmed the oldest brother is the one with the green hat from the “Problem Between Brothers” mod.
I kinda find it nice how all their hats are different in a way. PBB Brother’s hat has inverted colors of Bf’s hat while BB’s hat is worn sideways. They make BB’s sprite look softer than his dialogue sprites. Different from what they did in Week 1, but I like it :)

It makes sense BB would know how to dodge bullets cause he probably has to do that trying to capture killers with weapons. The idea of playing BB in the mod, especially in Week 1 implies BB does beat Bf in rap battles.

Mikeeey, if you like this mod, then you GOTTA check the mod with BF's other brother. Problem between Brothers. Imma tell you, that mod..... has one of the best Soundtracks in any mod EVER and it has been slepted on for FAR too long. Melly and Nenaa both played the mod a few months back and they will definitely tell you the mod's a banger. Especially the 3rd song. You will definitely act up when you hear it.

Oh and even yea Daddy Dearest brought him back to life after he saw Keith’s/Bf’s brother on the ground dead from one bullet right on the core of his heart. If anyone else wants some info about him? i don't know if any1 put the story in the comments but i'm gonna still do it cause this mod is awesome
So, Big Brother (BB) protected GF from the killer (Armaros ) from being shot. GF called Daddy Dearest and begged him to revive BB from his shot to the heart, this is why he has heart issues and his eyes are white.
That is also another good point. His eyes. In the photo of him, BF and Older Bro, BB is shown with black eyes. But when he was shot, his eyes went white. This is also why he can see ghosts in the song Worry. This is somewhat related but he's a bounty hunter because the ghosts tell him where the targets are (That's why he said it was "easy money").
Also when the week ended, and in red text someone said "Michael", that is actually BB's name. And at the end when it said "Signed: [name redacted]", that was meant to signify the killer/Armaros. He had an unknown name in heaven but when he fell, he was given a new name, Armaros, the name meaning The Cursed One.
Last thing, kinda related, if you check the Big Brother mod's Wiki/Funkipedia, it shows some photos from when BB was first shot (it being on the news, clues, etc.)
Hope this insanely long comment filled in a few blanks any one has about the story :)

Just realized that Big bro has pink eyes but in the photo, he had black eyes like BF and it seems like someone (I’m assuming Daddy dearest?) revived Big bro. So I’m going to assume that Big bro has those pink eyes because a demon revived him and the pink is a side affect. It might even explain why he can see spirits now? I’m assuming since I haven’t watched the previous week.
Also! Big bro is pretty fast! Dodging bullets is a feat on its own! He’s probably a really good bounty Hunter !
