8:24 this is the best tip of this video by far, buy the coins immediately… don’t put yourself in the position to fall for the palarium trap. Great video.
Great tips over here. I was personally already doing some, some greats tips for long time progression tought. I am surprised you didn't mention to use gems to do the Sunday Void boss.
I know your strategy revolves around converting *all* the coins into essence. But what are your thoughts on only converting the gold coins into T1 essence, and just saving the "blood"/eternal coins to grab Eternal Soulstones if they're needed? With the amount of events (Heroes Path/Deck of Fate) that they're now baking soulstone pulls into the point requirements, would you recommend having a stockpile of the eternal/blood coins just in case you need the T3 Eternal Stones for the event? Having the equivalent of 3 Eternal Soul Stones allowed me to complete the Alatreon path event for example, which was a direct improvement for my Hydra teams. Like you said, the rates/chances of you pulling anything from the big stones is essentially gambling. So why not treat it more like a sacred shard/currency for the other events instead, and just not care about what you're pulling? Or is it more worth it to slowly build the 6-star blessing on your best champ? (I'm just entering late game and don't spend for context on my account)
Good argument. I did do that in past where if save the resources to buy stones so I can hit milestones. I found myself spending to buy stones a bit more often then I'd like, and unless it was to hit a fusion or critical threshold, the rewards never work out equivalent to what you Give up in essences. It's probably more important nowadays due to fusions and events tied potentially to stone pulls or have parts tied to it, so i should have mentioned this as an option. hope that makes sense thx
There is zero reason to "EVER" do something just for the sake of doing it as a FTP/LS. I essentially save up soul stones for 2-3 months before pulling them in an event to maximize rewards. (eg. legendary/mythical books) So basically doing what you talked about is the correct path as there is no reason to convert soul essence unless you need it for something ASAP.
I agree with your approach Ethan, and greatly appreciate the tips in Boozor's video. What works for me is to cash in the gold coins immediately but wait on the red coins. I'm less tempted to buy an eternal soul stone b/c of how much effort it takes to collect enough essence as FTP. But I would buy one if the perfect event came up and those points were the only realistic way I could complete it. I remind myself I could also cash them in to buy a 5 or 6 star soul for my highest priority champ when it shows up in the shop, which is what I would prefer. When I get red coins I check how many T3 essence I can create with my stockpile. That helps me not be tempted by the eternal stone.
For the miscellaneous random soul drop, if I can use them for Faction War, Doom Tower secret room or Secret City teams comp I am already running, then I keep them. I don't like the clutter of all the lego/mythic I don't have so personally I just sell them for faster collections.
as a free to play player my self this@@BoozorTV I'm a free to play player as well so yes verry important to know this ty again I been playing for 1 1/2 years and did not know this stuff just like the other stuff you talk about on your other video's if only i knew wen I started. now i just just need to put it in practice and figure out how to properly gear up my toons.
thank you for this good overview. I’m not there yet where I can reliably farm any higher stages at all. In general would you (or anyone else in the comments) say buying leggo souls is worth it instead of investing the same amount of soul essence into 5-6 star epic souls instead? bc the drop rates for essence seems quite low
Drop rate is super low. You need to really find a champ focus on that will change your acct or benefit heavily from the blessings. Some cbamps you can live without. But a bit 5-6 star soul really needs to be a thoughtful choice. Generally a really good damage dealer with a 6* soul can help you out. There isn't many epics that really care about big souls. Maybe seer most common
Good stuff. 👍👍 The only thing I disagree with is converting Platinum/gold soul essence just for the sake of doing it. There is no reason to ever do that unless you need something ASAP.
it is good point. i only mention it if people have low self control :) if good self control then they can save it and convert for stones even to reach key milestones etc
Hey Boozor, I have never understood the best use of the Eternal Soul essence. I don't believe that I have ever seen anything to purchase with it. I have about 150. Where can I use this?
Do you find that eternal essence is still the bottleneck? On observation, you have relatively more immortal essence compared to eternal essence stockpiled in this vid (but that's just a snapshot and ya might've just burned your eternal essences recently.) It just seems that spending all immortal coins for immortal essences limits the eventual conversion to eternal essence (without 10x immortal pulls or souls to sell off for eternal coins).
yea its a bottleneck. means you'll have limitied 5/6 star champs and more 1-4 star, which makes sense. Most accts will benefit from many 1-4 as opposed to few 5/6. 5/6 is mainly for pvp focus champs IMO. but 6* trunda for example can be insane for hydra teams
Would you say this is really for PVE tho? Gaining some random souls for champs in sintranos is a big deal there. Vs waiting a year to get a champion wholl just be banned in LA? For A F2P who will never sniff plat, or late late LA, should this be looked at differently.
i think you should focus on several quality champs and then perhaps save for 1 star for hp boost, or 2 for boost atk. if you are unsure that is low investment way of getting souls. but saving isn't a bad idea either waiting for the bigger souls for your best champs
I do want to add that your math is a bit off on the time to get enough coins to buy a 6 star, if it takes 8 months to get the gold coins and 4 months to get the silver, then it would still only take 8 months to get a 6 star on average since you earn the coins at the same time from iron twins
@Guts1991 no it doesnt, the averages take that into account when calculating the average monthly gains of both gold tokens and silver tokens, over the course of 1 month you get on average a certain ammount of both, and after 4 months you will have all the silver tokens tou need, but only half the gold tokens, so over another 4 months you will get the other half of the gold tokens while doubling the silver tokens you need, if that makes sense
@perinthia6829 Hmm fair enough, I understood it as an average if you only drop silver or gold, but then it wouldn't be an average. So yes you're right, my mistake.
I don't think it's worth it to buy the Sunday refill for most endgame f2p. You're spending 187 gems (150 for keys + 120 energy for runs) to speed up essence acquisition by 25%. That's roughly 812 gems /month, when endgame f2p acquisition is around 1000 gems /month. So you're essentially giving up building your gem stack for this, which means you won't have a stack to participate in events/paths etc. which need extra energy (not to mention farming mino is going to be unaffordable). I don't know if you get the 1000 gems / week for being a partnered CC with plarium, but that's the only way I can see this being justified.
It’s not 187, it’s 150 since you get enough free energy per day to supplement the extra 6 runs on Sunday. And, you get more like 2k gems per month, about 500 per week.
Y'all need to get off the "partner program nonsense" also your gem count is horribly wrong. 🤡 is the only way it's justifiable 🙄 everyone should do the extra void keys.
You still have to count that energy as gems, because opportunity cost - you could be spending the free energy on something else. Curious how you got the 2k figure?@@MrIndman
@@sbmxl6322 Was just curious about the math as well, so was trying to figure out how many gems you generate passively/ftp. So, unless I'm missing some other gem avenues, add that together and it will be: *1150 gems per 30 days just doing dailies and CB* That also does not account for Doom Tower which will net you several hundred gems, but is more dependent on account maturity. So more realistically, if you account for gems from DT Hard and Normal across the month and easy gem rewards from events (like the soul rush happening now), then yeah 2k gems per month ftp seems very reasonable, and could probably be 2.5-3k if you're active in events and not burning your gems.

if you have key champion it is good idea to focus on that one. if you spread too much then you wont get higher tier ever.
