Zee, a tip for painting with gundam markers -grab a surface you can use as a palette (which ngl, can be pretty much anything, from actual paletes to old paper you were about to throw away) -press the tip of the gundam marker on the pallette to let out a blob of ink (as much as you need) in the palette -grab a fine tipped paint brush, dip on the ink and go to town. This allow much better control than using the pen's tip, and pretty much gives more freedom on how thin of a line you can paint.
No offense, but I think this technique is a bit pointless. If you're gonna do the job of putting the paint on a separate palette, you might as well do that with a regular acrylic paint can. I've never worked with Gundam Markers myself, but I've heard people say their paint is worse than regular paint because it dries up a lot faster (thus giving less time to be manipulated) and the color looks uneven when trying to apply multiple coats.
@@valentinodaspi4350it does indeed dry up fast in order to streamline the paint process with a marker, but at the same time, it will most likely destroy your brush if you don’t have the proper thinner for it Gundam Markers are good for big surfaces, not necessarily for small details
ima just say iy... the legends reveal the shield optimus was 1000x better than both these figures and imo still is alot better than some optimus's that came out
