Yes I have seen Mole National Park,BUT most Ghanaians don't travel to the North to visit the park.Ghana Tourist Authority must do more to market and promote the park.

@@AMANFIFARMSBut animals in the park are not caged. The only difference is that the more wilder animals like the lions and those in the cat family, hyenas and hippos are rare. The lions and hyenas are nocturnal.

I’m particularly impressed with the bio-degradable black covering that prevents moister-loss and stifle weed-growth.
The nature of pineapple farming being labor intensive and require not much water is almost the perfect industry for rural villages with high unemployment.
The gentleman/tour guide mentioned that they had to build the infrastructure roads, so I’m very curious to know which was first, the farm or the school?

Maya Akoon, you see after processing or taking out the juice the byproducts of the pineapple can be used for animal feed such as pig feed, cows, sheep, goats and many more. That's where the money comes from.😊
