If everything would go as I planned, I would be happy already. I am not in a fight with myself. I try to not waste my time, but I can't find work and a woman for myself... It's like something else is wasting my life.

Start small, increase the difficulty in your steps once the small tasks become easy. Repeat this, and tailor goals to your steps. Dopamine is acquired upon goal completion, that will carry you. That will increase your confidence. It will make you feel better, carry yourself further. Read his book 12 rules for life. Lots of lessons you’ll find there. God bless, hope for the best for you
