Can't disagree with you. When people think of 'villain' it would usually mean psychopaths who wants to take over the world, steal stuff or murder innocents. But in truth, they are victims of a social structure that simply doesn't care about them and make them criminals. While it's the case in the MHA canon, we are mostly on the hero side because the protagonist is on the hero side. Villain Deku represents what the villain side really is because his rejections lead him down that path That's why I love Villain Deku so much

Now to be a Hero means you have a permit, and to be a villain you must simply be unwanted. I had always wanted to be a Hero, but now I understand that no Hero of today will ever accept me as I am. Why wouldn't he saved them ? Being a villain doesn't mean you're heartless like Overhaul or Muscular. It means you are abandoned by the society and their insane system who only care about people with strong quirks and heroes.
I didn’t really like the hero’s when I watched BNHA. I liked the villains more because they aren’t in it to be “evil” for the fun of it. They lost faith in the system the rest of the world idolizes and sought to correct it. Some hero’s are in it for the money and fame. Some are actually trying to do good but with the rise of hero’s there is a rise in villains. Their system is flawed and only lets people with quirks be hero’s. Our system only lets people with a lot of money become government officials. See the similarities?
This is by far the best Villain Deku I've seen. It doesn't make him out to be evil, crazy, or insanely murderous, just broken, and hopeless in the hero system, and in humanity in general. But he is still himself. His heroic, kind, funny, goofball self.

I love this AU idea! I honestly really think that Izuku would join the LOV due to not his twisted morals, but the fact that society has literally downgraded from the start. In the LOV he feels truly happy because he is accepted. Though, I do like to think he kept them in check to not kill Class 1-A and he just straight-up murdered grape boy
I also like the idea of the League having a much larger roster thanks to Deku. Stain and Mustard likely wouldn’t have been caught, and the Hassaikai’s assets would be absorbed by the League. I imagine Deku would also make a great recruiter. He’s very persuasive and could interpret Stain’s manifesto to be even more palatable to the masses!
These AU's are really detailed and interesting and I'm really invested in them, but boy am I hella glad Izuku's emotional capacity is much stronger and he kept going despite everything.

On the surface, it looks just like an underdog story with actual superheroes but if you look close enough, it's actually a really in depth analysis on society itself. There are two sides on a coin, as they say. Stain arc was the first time I thought the hero system is flawed and learning about the villains (their past and the reason why they turned to villainy) made me really think about whether or not the good side is really 'good'. The road to hell is paved with good intentions but whose to say the opposite isn't true? Sometimes to protect, you have to eliminate the threat itself. P.S. I now wish there is a spinoff of a bnha ending with the plot twist of deku becoming a villain after he finds out just how flawed the system is

The league should find out mido's past and try to recruit him. The give him a day to decide. Only a few pros know and deku goes in as a double agent for the hero's. Then he finds out about their past and becomes a double agent for the lov feeding the hero's lies.

I would love to see the class 1-A confronting Kachan about Izuku. Asking him questions like: Who is "the quirkless villian" ? How do they know each other? What's the relationship between the two? How did Izuku end up this way? And so on. Maybe also while All Might stands right next to Kachan realising that they both really messed up

honestly this is my favorite villan deku series of animatic's i've seen because of the good amount of differences from the others, such as midoriya jumping off of the roof is aligned with kacchan being captured/ saved. and the whole karma animatic with shigaraki and kurogiri watching over midoriya in the nursing home. it makes this my canon villian deku series you did an absolutely amazing job on these animatics and I hope you make tons more! :)

The league should find out mido's past and try to recruit him. The give him a day to decide. Only a few pros know and deku goes in as a double agent for the hero's. Then he finds out about their past and becomes a double agent for the lov feeding the hero's lies.

honestly this is my favorite villan deku series of animatic's i've seen because of the good amount of differences from the others, such as midoriya jumping off of the roof is aligned with kacchan being captured/ saved. and the whole karma animatic with shigaraki and kurogiri watching over midoriya in the nursing home. it makes this my canon villian deku series
you did an absolutely amazing job on these animatics and I hope you make tons more! :)
