Modernized so much all the gated crossings have gone. A lot of the signaling is redundant now. Thank god the Beyer Locos and the Ashbury carriages are still running! lol. When I was 6 the line still ran into Peel and we used to buy a weekly run around ticket and spend a day at each port. Great times and the sun always shone back then lol!!
Good video. This showed the operational aspects of the railway well. Pity about the imprudent man at the end that insisted on crossing in front of the loco running round.
Not seen you on the lineside for a while. Guess you here while I was in North Wales. I was thinking of the Isle of Man myself as 20 years since last there. Did you go on the deal as advertised in the mags? If so what do you get for your money?
