I’ve been thinking about getting these vents for my track-dedicated 350. Im also curious about that wing: what brand and model is it, and do you know how much downforce it generates? Is it adjustable? Have you noticed a difference on track with the wing vs without? I would like some down force but am concerned that it generates too much for my 350z that has “only” 290 whp
I think you’d like these vents! For me it adds the peace of mind of metal fenders for those bumps on hard turns vs the frp alternatives that can crack Regarding the wing it’s a big country labs atmosphere demolisher. I couldn’t tell you downforce off the top of my head however the attack angle on the deck is adjustable so you can fine tune the downforce as needed I’ve recently taken the wing off the car since it’s becoming more of a daily driver so if you’re in SoCal mine is for sale! No complaints about the wing, just trying to be more low key and my gf doesn’t like it 😂
@@BalancePointMedia so out of curiosity, how much are you willing to sell your wing for, and might you be also able to ship it to VA? I realize the shipping cost will add to the overall expense, but I have yet to hear back from Big Country Labs. They’re selling their wing new for $899, at least per their website, and was wondering if yours might be a better and viable option? No worries if not -
@@svoncampe I was hoping to get $650 for the wing and I’m willing to ship it if shipping is covered Let me know if you want to make it work and we’ll sort it out! 👍
@@BalancePointMedia is it the 1700mm or 1850mm wing, and which upright hardware do you have (street, GT, fd, manly)? Any idea what shipping might cost? $650 beats $899 and they’re also adding $99 shipping so I’m looking at $1k for a new wing. How would you package? If you are able to obtain the dimensions and weight of the box I can get shipping quotes to help decide if it’s even feasible (CA to VA probably won’t be cheap).
The website don’t work and when I look it up, I cannot find the same exact ones any help?
Here ya go: socalz.net/product/mercury-z-project-gt-z33-350z-side-fender-ducts/
I've never used the socalz site before but those are the vents I have
@@BalancePointMedia thanks brother
