Police emergency response service as I can see it is really good if you consider other Indian gov services. We called once police in Bangalore they attended in almost within 30 mins.
Wow, 112 works like a charm! I was pleasantly surprised by the prompt response from the call center and how quickly Hoysala arrived at the scene, just minutes after my call. The police even followed up to check if anyone had reached the location. On my way home, I saw a crowd that looked like a fight was happening on the road. Normally, I would have ignored it and kept driving, but today I remembered what Umesh Sir had said about trying the number to see how it works. So instead of ignoring it, I called 112, and I’m really impressed with the swift and efficient response from our hardworking police force.
