Here's my loadout I used to solo Fallen (Cowboy, Electroshocker, Engineer, Pursuit, DJ)

They werent shooting the ghosts because a enemy had aggro (attracts towers into attacking them first) you can see it by the red glow

I recomend you to unlock atleast ranger and DJ/Commander before attempting it

your mistake is USING MILITANT AND MEDIC. pyro, farm, and electroshocker are good and i recommend u to use electroshocker
