I like Baumi, and he makes some very smart decisions sometimes. This was not one of those times (I think just giving that regen to Necro/Arc would have helped a lot)

Good choice on the Necrophos reroll. Necrophos is one of the weakest right-clicker models in the game.
In general I think you undervalue rerolls. Rerollng a 50th percentile right clicking model into an 80th+ percentile model on average costs ~10 gold and gives you ~25% more damage.
To put this another way, in ability draft, Nature's prophet model has a STAGGERING 62% winrate. A single hero model can make a massive difference to your team.

Aghanim is just better than every other hero, they really need to buff the other's imo. Some very simple changes would be legion god giving damage % instead of flat, or a stacking damage per kill buff (like duel without the duel). Many of them just feel like a small stat buff in the arena while aghanim boosts your overall economy extremely. 3 gold for the ability, roughly every other level, and it's guaranteed to be one you own, not only saving refresh gold but quickly expediting the process.
