But that prevents people from growing like they deserve to. You are at a good point to start changing this. One thing that has helped me is understanding the difference between what I can do to fix and make my life better, versus knowing I have no control of the other factors.

Young blood. My heart goes out to you. I hate to see young men like yourself start to have theses feelings. Theses videos are ment to provoke the sadness in most men's hearts. Most of the life heart aches tend to scare us to the point we internalise self-hatred. The older generation of men would have grown up in very different times. They didn't talk about feelings because of the war. It was to painful and it was so scaring. They chose to stay silent through their pain. Their sons took that on as well. Though they were never in any direct conflict of war. Like there sons generation. But your generation will be the one to change that. Always turn to your brothers, friends and family for support. You always have the power to reach out. Never shy away from your feelings. Embrace it and work through it. Tell yourself its to feel sad. Its ok to feel mad. Its ok to be yourself. Don't be so harsh on yourself. You'll make it. Just keep going. You will pull through.
Find something your passionate about with life. Start to want more. Set achievable goals and tick them one by one. You'll be ok!
