Look for checks in every position to avoid blunders that cpuld win or lose the game. But dont just look for a check to give a check because you really wanna give a check

This was one of the most painful chess matches I have seen and I have seen my idiot face ignore a bishop pointing at my king.
You timed this sale perfect -I just finished the beginner course yesterday. Signed up for plus, Caro-Kann, Middle games, and Intermediate. I can't wait to finish them all to get up to 900 and end up in one of these videos. Edit: okay yeah, Levy, I hope my purchase helps pay for one session of therapy to cope with these +11 stalemates.

Remember, you don't need a course to improve, I'm around 1400 but I beat 1700-2000s often in tournaments. Maybe they play worse thinking I wouldn't see a tactic and get forked lol.
I'm in the 1300 range now, after getting tilted, taking a break hopefully will break 1600 when I get back at it

As a long time casual/passive chess fan, I've never really thought about studying the game but really find it interesting to listen to people who know what they're talking about. Gotham's videos have made me want to actually start playing legitimately and try to improve, which I appreciate.
That being said, I don't know that this series is making me smarter, but I'm pretty sure it's making me less dumb.
I think for the merch you should make a hoodie with chess pieces on it like maybe a queen knocking over the king or something love your videos levy!

A friend of mine was playing one of the robots. It was programmed to pawn push when it was winning, and it ended up stalemating with two queens and a rook.
