I trained with Dr House from ages 10-12 about 25 years ago. I am now teaching my son to pitch and it’s amazing how much the basic drills help him improve. Towel drills and the knee drill particularly
It’s good to know there are coaches out there that take pride in understanding biomechanics and truly understanding how our bodies work. There are a million coaches out there still telling kids to snap their wrist when they’re throwing a curveball. Undoing bad habits/advice can be tough for kids.
