Absolutely fantastic kitchen knife, love it
I have had pretty good luck with CPM 154 However I have not put a ton of use on any of it. I myself have not found any huge improvements of Magnacut. Maybe I have not got one with a great heat treat. But I have great luck with most steels that good manufacturers uses these days .
I lost my bark river because the leather sheath was so worn from everyday use, and my TOOR field 2.0, but I found it 3 months later when snow melted, and my Totally RAD Winkler Crusher Belt knifes sheath was so worn it wouldn’t hold knife. I purchased a kydex from TOOR for the field 2.0, and it is AWESOME, and I had DIAZ knives make me a kydex sheath for my Winkler. I love the leather sheaths like winklers , but I use my knife at home, work, parents farmstead, and I help out on the Fairview Acres Farm a couple days in a week. good LUCK with your Blades, and have a great day
