22 20میں اپ نے جن لوگوں کو پوزیشن افر کیا تھا ان کے اوپر بھی چارجر لگائے تھے مگر اج 2024 میں کسی بندے کو اپ پلاٹ پوزیشن آفر کر رہے ہیں جن کے ڈسٹک 5 سے لے کے 19 تک ہیں ان کو اپ اپنا پوزیشن ارڈر کیسے کر سکتے ہیں ان سے اپ ڈیویلپمنٹ چارجز کیسے لے سکتے ہیں ان کے تو ابھی پلاٹ ڈیویلپ ہی نہیں ہوئے ان کو اپ کیسے پوزیشن دیں گے پہلے پوزیشن تو افر کریں پھر ان سے ڈیویلپمنٹ چارجز مانگیں

Salam sir g dha ka noc approved hai wahan Kam boht tezi se hota hai or wo 3 se 4 saal tak. Profit b start ho jata hai. But bwc mein profit tow boht door ki bat hai ulta minus mein plot jara hai
BWC files selling at very negative, so it's failed. We can't comparison with DHA, that's always worth even bad times ,not that's low as BWC plots values nowadays !!!

سعد بھائی اللہ تعالی اپ کو صحت تندرستی دے اپ بہت اچھی اچھی میٹھی میٹھی باتیں کرتے ہیں اور اپ اچھے لوگوں کو مشورے دیتے ہیں اور اچھے لوگوں کو ڈسکاؤنٹ دیتے ہیں اور ایسے ہی دیتے رہیں پلاٹ نہ دینا پلاٹ اور فائل ہوا میں رہنے دینا اور لوگوں سے چارجز جلدی سے جلدی لے لیں
i purchased plots at start of 2020 nd fully paid all installment but i got plot# at sector#16 which may be develop at 2030 or later, so why whts the hell i will pay sch bulshit Dev charges in advance...
I think you should clear NOC first then development charges is no problem

یہ بھی ایک غریب کلائنٹ کے لیے اس بھائی نے اچھا مشورہ دیا ہے کہ جس کی دو فائلیں ہیں وہ اپنی ایک فائر رکھ لے دوسری سرنڈر کر دے تو تو وہ اس کی پیمنٹ ڈیویلپمنٹ چارج میں ایڈ ہو جائے لیکن ڈیویلپمنٹ چارج بھی مناسب کر دے لیکن ڈیویلپمنٹ چارجز بھی پلاٹ کی پوری قیمت کے 25یا 20 پرسنٹ ہونے چاہیے

Please don't confuse the public further as it is creating doubts about the delivery of the project.
2ndly, never ever compare it with DHA, they are professional and make very clear to everyone about total cost of plot at the outset and then maintain their credibility by delivering on the same cost. They are always NOC approved before launching.
Please, leave cosmetic and come straight to delivery alongwith NOC.

In 2019, I purchased an 8 marla general block in Phase BWC. After 5 years, I exchanged it for a 7 marla overseas block. The full cost of the land had been paid. Unfortunately, upon attempting to sell the property, I incurred a significant loss of 50%.

At 5:00 minutes saad nazir said 25% discount is for those with development charges from 120 lac to 150 lac, that would only be those people who purchased files during 2017-2018. Can you clarify if the lump sum discount is also available to everyone else meaning 2019-2023 file holders.

Saad Nazir, sb, you r talking about DHA, BWC location is not good and far away from city, we invest in BWC because low price, now DC to much.I have 2 files how I will pay hidden development charges. BwC should disclose DC in 2018 but every body think that only cost of land we have to pay, now after 6 years you are saying development charges which are unfair and to much. Please allow us to merge one file into other file.
