Beautiful home. At 3+mil why vinyl flooring? I didn’t see the strip view either. One pet peeve I have and always look for during your high end videos is the pot filler. For an old lady like me that’s a back saver!

I love one storys done right and this is liked just as much as that other home that sold fast.. I know if I really like it that much it will sale...maybe not at that price... I prefer homes in none HOA and on private land or a larger lot so I can do as I please within the home and property with no restrictions set by an HOA...other than that this home is perfection for me...NICE layout and the office is perfect setup for my case use....NICE

This home is so wonderful and calming😌😌😌 it just makes me feel so good just a soothing feeling of hope😇😇😇 the courtyard is so nice and the kitchen with the light from the sunset reminds me of Hawaii🌈🌈🌈 and I love the backyard and the view is great talk about a beautiful home I love this house already🥰🥰🥰 I need to make changes here and there but it wouldn't cost much and we'd be good to go and yes it's BBQ time in this place Chuck with lots of honeys talk about a relaxing video home tour we'll catch you on the next one.😋😋😋😋

Love the bedrooms but that master needs 2 toilets plus shorter sinks for a washer and dryer in the bathroom it makes more sense. The side door in the 4th bedroom must be for the enterance to the bathroom after getting out of the pool and spas. The kitchen pantry is set up nice i like that it has cabinets instead of all shelves.

Right off the bat, I like the way the street painting indicates a NO PARKING ZONE in front of your house (man I can't stand that!!!). Most subdivisions you're gonna get the neighbors who don't even use their own driveway or garage to park, instead they use YOUR STREET FRONTAGE right in front of your house. They literally park and abandon their vehicles for weeks and even months at a time, really bringing the ghetto feel to the area. And if you call it in, you're marked for retaliation. Really a no win situation.

I am thinking they got the home for 2.2Ms and spent maybe around 300K on fixing it up or updates/carry over.... So I am thinking 2.8Ms or 2.9Ms is where they may be willing to let it go... I am not the buyer they target with this one.... since it has those dings such as HOA and those restrictions that come with HOAs I would offer 2.6Ms so the home is close to what I want just not in the right place for full price... If out by itself and sustainable (solar and well water or some water supply that is safe) 100% sold to the Niche buyer I am at full price... LOL

Love the home, but this same design was selling for 1M during Covid-19. That's 300% increase in 3 years. Sorry, but corporate greed is getting out of control.
Vegas experienced rapid market appreciation during COVID. You should see the homes in Summerlin on the resale
