I was so stressed today but spirit lead me to this meditation. Shaman Durek, you’ve done what standard medicine cannot do. I feel so safe, light, warm, and divinely feminine. I workout to relieve stress, but something about this meditation has done what 3+ yrs of working out couldn’t to. It feels constant. Thank you so much
