The moment I paid attention to the root-melody note intervals played on the main down beats (typically 1, 3, or 5 note intervals below the melodic note), I was suddenly able to play any song by ear and in any key. If you know your scales and can play a song melody by ear with your right hand, this is all you need to know to get you started quickly! :-)

i have never heard a chord proggression where bass line is not the bottom key of the chord, like C/G or C/E or C/A or C/B. do you come with this idea or you have a chart which can explain this more because they sound amazing. Explain more about this. thank you
Gregory Hi Gregory. Happy to hear from you. Those are what we call slash chords. There's no chart for that. I think the best way to understand is to go through the other tutorials where I apply them extensively. They are in almost every song. The slash chord represents what the bass guitar is playing
