Man, the real problem with todays swing community is that they dont have the bite, they are missing the spirit of jazz from that era: it is wild, not compliant. It was verboten in big parts in the fascism era, and so it is again today in parts of the eu. Fascism always comes back if you dont watch out.

I have absolutely no idea what connection you are making between this statement and this video. But what i can say is that these two are probably the best at expressing the spirit of jazz, which is improvisation and self expression, definitely not wildness. Just a few other dancers come close. That being said, it might be true the swing scene is a bit compliant
