What impresses me the most is the fact that Micheal Chandler knows how to fit-in in the MMA stardom , that's why even with a lost against Gaethje he was one the most talked about fighters ..
If winning a championship didn't work out for him he definitely figured other ways to Market him self as a one of the superstars this sport had to offer today ..

Mike Chandler: *breaks a finger minutes before his fight*
    Coaches: *goes NUTS*
Mike Chandler: I consider this fist a Hammer now, in fact life is actually a broken finger and you have to take it as an opportunity to turn yourself into a Hammer. Everyday you wake up and the sun shines bright into your face, thats actually an opportunity to turn yourself into a weapon and hammer throught the difficulties. In such tough game that we play in MMA, we have to have the humitly to understand that that reals life, and we have to be solid and although we might get kicked to the face, at the end of the day we are always presented with the choice of staying in the locker room or going into the ringcage which represents life.

It’s not me hating or stanning for Dustin. I think the best matchup right now for Dustin is chandler or gaethje rematch, chandler even at 170 and that would be a big money fight for chandler…but as hard as chandler hits which I think he for sure hits harder then every other lw, Poirier is just too durable man. Yes obviously chandler had the ability to shut his lights out, but chandler isnt very defensively responsible and he doesn’t have the best cardio and I think Dustin would be aware enough of the danger chandler possesses not to go brawl with him before he hurts chandler with the same shot Tony and Charles dropped him with, the check left countering that right straight except Dustin would crack him with the straight left and sleep him with the right. Just my opinion, but I think Dustin is not a favorable matchup at all for chandler and he’s much better off fighting Conor at 170 or Nate diaz for a boat load of money while having a decent enough lvl of succeeding but I’d say his odds aren’t so great with Dustin unless he catches him with some flukey shot

Hey Ariel, I just wanted to thank you for all you’ve done for MMA. I was 8 when the first UFC happened and I’ve been a fan since. There’s a small handful of people who if what they contributed was never fulfilled by someone else, MMA wouldn’t be what it is today. There’s the obvious ones like Gracie and Silva, and the undeniable ones like Dana or Lorenzo. GSP, McGreggor, the Diaz brothers. But I don’t think you get enough credit for what you did early on when it seemed no one else had an interest in doing the coverage you were doing. I think within the MMA world at this point, the majority of fighters and die hard fans would agree that you had a massive impact on the success of the UFC and other MMA promotions. My favourites are your out of studio interviews, like the one with rampage where you guys got on the subway (or was it a bus?), or when you went to Ireland and interviewed a young Connor. There’s 3 parts to MMA being successful. The most important being the roster, the fighters. Hard to name who was the most impactful fighter. Then there’s the promotion, the management, the company. Obviously Dana is the greatest in that area. And then there is the coverage, the media. You are by far the most important and impactful part of MMA media, and it could NOT have evolved into what it is now without your work. Thank you Ariel, I really appreciate the work you’ve done.

Now that Michael has gotten over with the fans and is in the spotlight Dustin wants to come out of nowhere acting like Michael is afraid of him. Forget that. If Chandler has a chance to fight Diaz take that if not he can do a number one contender fight with Beneil. He doesn’t need Dustin at this point.
