Greetings from Zimbabwe Africa. I love seeing Kanan do his thing and go around his land and hang with his baby girl. I am inspired to step up my own garden which has very little in terms of veges, zero fruit and very little herbs. I should make use of the land to eat healthy and be in touch with nature. And the kids love being involved too. He is a big man with a big heart and looks like the kind to turn into your worst nightmare if you cross him. Inspiring father, chef. I bet his community gets the same love he shows so easily even without a word.

Kanan is a great cook, and those dishes are outright fantastic. Get hungry every time I watch a video here. Yes his daughter is smart, helpful, and trusted as dad cooks. He also seems to have a very nice outdoor cooking system, along with countless edibles grown on his property, including herbs and seasoning. This was the first time I saw him in a meat market, much of what he needs is on property it seems. Thanks for another great video! Be blessed

I sure hope that AZB vs ARM over Nagorno-Karabakh issue is solved, hope no issues any more. Was reading last month about Sufi's who settled in hills of Chechnya who practice zikr, the mystical Sufi dance of the Caucasus, and a ritual near the center of Chechen Islam. Said many Islam do not like Sufi too much? They seem quite spiritual to me, but am a Gnostic, so I can relate to them.

Kanan, this is one of your best videos. Firstly, the ection of fruit & vegetables you have in your garden is very impressive! The salad you made with the roasted vegetables is one of my favorites. The m r long looked delicious & sweet. Of course your smoked roasted beef ribs looked totally outstanding. Fall off the bone meat! The only things missing were some bread & maybe a rice dish. Good morning from beautiful Greece Recipe on a baking sheet put parchment paper and put tomatoes Eggplants and red peppers Kerato or Florinis as we call it here we bake them in an oven and they are done take them out peel them and put them in 1 bowl and press them with a fork they become one but do not melt, add oil, good salt, pepper and rub garlic and pour it in with vinegar and mix and taste if we want extra garlic or salt or pepper. Já estive em Natal, e em Guamaré saimos de lancha para conhecer outras lugarejos. Nunca tinha visto um mar de água tão limpas, azul e muito sal. O cabelo saiu trinca do mas valeu muito conhecer tudo. Recomendo visitar o Rio Grande do Norte.

Muita praia, moro a 10 minutos da praia de Ponta negra e 40 minutos de Pipa as praias mais turísticas , e tem a praia de Pirangi do sul que tem o maior Cajueiro do mundo, e purai vai... pra onde for tem praias e rios ,nascentes naturais ...
