Ha! He was was not involved in the negotiations, they were mishandled by others. Thankfully, as it turns out, since Bloomberg proved a magnificent owner of the business. I do regret not having worked with Dan all these years, that would have been extremely interesting.
Hydrogen and fuel cells are the technologies of the present and future and not " mind bogglingly stupid " as Elon Musk defines and makes jokes about it .

Renewable electricity (Solar/Wind/Hydro) and Hydrogen would play significant role in the future. Not sure about CCUS.
