Well, to be honest, I noticed that too. He seemed a bit different in this interview. It's not dramatic by any means, he was still fine I guess, but I think the pneumonia took a toll on him. His health has definitely deteriorated a year later. I mean, how the hell do you fall out of a car? On a motorway going 70 mph?! How is that possible, unless you want to do it on purpose? Even if you get sick and throw up, for example, all you have to do is open the window in the worst case. In 2014 he had to go to a hospital again and in 2015 he was in rehab. Yes, we all know about his drug problems, but something must have gone terribly wrong in his final years, physically and mentally.

He was in Manchester after this and was interviewed there too by some other tabloid journalists who behaved in an appalling, disrespectful way, so it was the first time ever in his career that he walked away. He just had to as he was so tired to talk to the tabloid journalists who never asked him anything intelligent. The Manchester one was the last time he let any tabloid journalists near him. Anything else afterwards was just the paparazzi pestering him, snapping away when he was out and about, inventing stories about the photos they took, being cruel and nasty as always. This journalist here in Birmingham is quite polite and respectful, but when he asks about his health, Yog gets a little irretated, because this is almost a year after his health scare so he probably thought it was an unnecessary question. I know he was glad, he put all this media madness behind him.

He had his demons like we all have. George rose overnight so to speak to super stardom...he was only 17....he never had the chance to mature before super stardom ....he could not have a normal life or relationships with people. Wenn man Yog gut kennt, hört man hier bei diesem kurzen Interview, daß er ziemlich gelangweilt ist und eigentlich überhaupt keine Lust hat, diese ständig wiederholenden Fragen zu beantworten. Er tut es nur, weil er seine Pflicht erfüllt. Eigentlich möchte er sagen: F*** OFF! Aber er kann sich benehmen..... Yog ist ausgesprochen professionell und sehr genau!
... und weil seine Lungenentzündung hier schon fast ein Jahr her ist, nervt ihn diese Frage natürlich, wie es ihm gesundheitlich geht. Währe er noch krank gewesen, wäre er nicht auf Tour gegangen.

When he answered that insensitive question "Do you ever reconsider your whole career" George sounded a bit angry. "No. My career is who I am. It is what I do. Making music is what I do." What a wonderful man he was.

The man was deathly ill...and recovering! Give him a break will you? George always gave 100% to his audience....he was phenomenal singer, and writer of music....I doubt there will ever be another singer like George. He gave away millions to charity and helped so many people....and wanted no recognition for it. The press was so brutal to him too bad they did not write more about his philanthropic nature. He had his demons like we all have. George rose overnight so to speak to super stardom...he was only 17....he never had the chance to mature before super stardom ....he could not have a normal life or relationships with people. Can you imagine never being able to walk into a Starbucks without being mobbed, The have the press stalk him 24/7
So sorry he is gone....I love you George, Rest In Peace.
This is just before going on stage for a life concert. His performance was incredible like always. He never went on stage drunk. What an insult.
He was likely on anti anxiety medication. It makes sense after his severe illness. Poor guy.
