I have Vish Yoga. I think knowing the reason for negative thinking helps to keep it in control. As soon as I start thinking negatively, I start reading about astrology or read Hanuman Chalisa or talk a friend or family member and chat about random things to just get past that phase. Also, reading the Bhagwad Gita or taking up any regular spiritual practice helps. It gets really tough at times but we just need to remember that this too shall pass.
I have anuradha nakshatra in Scorpio - i also have Saturn moon conjunction in 7th house in Gemini for Sagittarius ascendant. I’m highly devoted towards my family - no love from my in laws full family or husband or even my own kids neither any love from my own mother and younger brother .. The unconditional love doesn’t budge for my husband or kids although I feel grudge for my own family as I never got any love or validation from them also

I'm Scorpio lagna (jayeshta naksaktra)... Deblitated Sun in Vishakha in 12th house...My father is a very good person and loves me a lot but somehow he always end up hurting me emotionally... Hi. From my experience if doctors can't diagnose yr problem then you totally avoid carbohytrate ,dairy and white sugar, coffee from your diet. Eat only vegetables fruits and meat. No wheat products. Try for 2 weeks and see. It worked for me.

Also my Jupiter is in 7th in saggittarius (purvashadha) and Venus is in 5th in libra (Swati). I am very spiritual but I understand the value of material reality and family. And secretly I also know that even if I ever decide to not establish a family I will still be happy becoz of my sanyasini mindset becoz i believe I give my due credit and respect to the place of nature and material world yet I can be happy with very minimal of these things because I have a deep confident relationship with divinity.
