the input o-10v will be measured as 255 analog value by plc.so 0-10v is eaual to 0-255 and for 4 bar (o-10bar range) 255 x 0.4 = 102 . i hope you got it

oke.. Im usually using input IH . The resolution value is 1023 .. Do you have ideal value for P , I to maintain pressure stable without overshoot?
