I'm late, but here are a few things I pack that you didn't mention: I do use an electrolyte drink but one with zero sugar or artificial sweeteners, a small, collapsable umbrella, a first-aid kit of sorts (homemade, it has a few band-aides of various size, a bit of gauze, tape, and a small canister of antibacterial ointment), and a small, quick-dry towel. I agree, bananas are a good idea, but so I don't need to think about it, I keep a few high-fiber bars as well (again, no added or artificial sweeteners). Lastly, nail clippers, very small scissors, a few rubber bands, and some dental floss (in case I need to cut, bind, or tie something). I also keep a small hat (more like a helmet liner) in case it gets windy; I hate when I have to keep running off after a wind-blown hat. I shave my head every few days, so maybe that's a problem guys with hair don't have. As usual, I enjoyed your sharing Ashley...
This one is classed as a 12 racket (monstercombi). I now actually use a Geau Sport bag (see this video: th-cam.com/video/syZYDOsunPw/w-d-xo.html ). Thanks for watching!😄
seth brindley welcome! You’re going to have to give me some advice with this TH-cam thing... how can I improve my channel and content? Ps. Great hitting yesterday!

Only thing you dont pack that i do is replacement grip just incase and spare dampners if you lose one or you need a diffrent feel off your racket
Mexicansofa good point... dampeners are another one, you either like them or you don’t. I always use one!
dont you pack sunblock and leadtape? and if you dont pack any snacks, what do you do when you are hungry
Overgrips are a point of conflict with me and my freind i change overgrip each match or every 2 sets his ones last years
Mexicansofa I’m with you!! There’s nothing worse than an old worn down overgrip!!
What do you pack in your bag for playing, competing or coaching and why?
What bag do you use? Looking to buy a head racket bag, but the 3 racket bag looks small.

What the hell is a "kit" bag? It's called a tennis bag or a gear bag.
the same items have different names around the world. no need to be so rude.
