In the Fall of 2016, Lemarti performed at the groundbreaking ceremony of the Emparnat Cultural Centre on the Maasai Mara in Kenya. It was his first time performing there, and the concert was attended by hundreds of Maasai in a celebration.
Lemarti is not just a performer, but he is an activist and advocate for peace in Kenya. His songs reflect his philosophies about preserving the tribal culture amidst the changing of the African landscape.
