I hate that it took me a month to find this. A Hat in Time truly made me feel like a little kid again playing the gamecube and ps2 and it was my favorite game of 2017, over Mario Odyssey and Breath of the Wild. This looks to be more in that same vein. Idk how smooth it’ll feel 3D platforming with a 2d character, but I trust Gears for Breakfast, at least enough to buy A Hat in Time and all its dlc twice.

I swear that these trailers feel more like half-trailer and half-someone having a great time playing. That's the best kind of game trailer imo.

I do personally hope the story has some depth and isn’t just shallow cute stuff, cuteness without contrast isn’t fun for me
@@mrpizzacat8273 It was mostly shallow cute stuff, but some darker family issues are part of the story, which i myself found to be quite interesting (though I would have liked more in depth stuff there).
@@botanic3428 yeah I played about an hour and then requested a re-fund, its characters where simple and not explored, it was very CUTE but not much more. And the little bit of deep mother stuff was too scarce

I have just heard from this game today, and I don't know if it is the colors, the main character, the aesthetics, or a mix of everything, but IT IS SO WHOLESOME!! Defenitely going to buy it.

this is like if Animal Crossing A Hat in Time and Paper Mario came together in one. Man GFB is good at combining games like for AHiT they combined aspects of mario with Banjo-Kazooie and other platformers and now the are combine AHiT with AC and PM. Wow
