I have a 2ss and it does the same thing it has actually left me stranded a few times also sometimes the remote does nothing(I have to continue spam pressing the key fob buttons till the car responds). 28k miles now I have a engine light on and the rear camera doesn’t work ,neither does the remote start.

Awesome man. Your initial ZL1 vid was one of the ones that prompted me to buy a 2019 ZL1! I probably watched that video 10 times. I got mine XPEL wrapped as well and recently purchased the GM color matched rock guards and smoked LED front/rear markers. My color is Black Mosaic Metallic with the carbon fiber bits.
Lights are awesome, spoiler is not for me, I prefer the Carbon Fiber hood insert and then go for a Carbon Fiber wing. Keep modding! Looks awesome, great color, don't see too many Garnet Reds
Get ur calipers customed painted or dipped and black out the zl1 logo but leave the 1 red put some slight tint on the headlights ! And get ur mirrors wrapped black also and get lowering springs
My brother went thru that trial with adding the Ken Bell blower, long tube headers, and drove for awhile. Later added the cam and it was a new car. It now screams and it wasn't a slouch before the cam.
Honestly with that particular color I love the contrast with the unwrapped hood and the gloss black center piece. Aside from the front fascia, spotting the black center hood scoop is part of that unmistakable ZL1 trademark imho but to each their own.
Been here since the crazy plum purple scat pack. I went and bought a '18 Charger Scat Pack and rebadged with SRT Powered and other mods. Nice mods on the ZL1.
RP Productions Great Video I'm glad you get your ZL1 Paint Corrected and Ceramic Coated it definitely looks way better especially with the Matte Black hood and Spoiler and Black and Clear ZL1 1LE Taillight and Black Side markers
You should add the ZL1 1LE solid rear cradle bushings. It really settles the rear-end down in quick transition maneuvers. I did it on my SS 1LE, and it makes a huge handling difference. IMO, it is the only weak point in the ZL1/SS 1LE suspension.
Black tint brake lights I think would have looked better, with the red/black theme you got going on. The hood area is too much black, either remove the wrap, or wrap the scoop in red if to be different. Wrap the mirrors black and replace the spoiler with it painted in all black.
Looking good ✊The first thing I did to mine was do the taillights and 3rd brake light. I don’t know why they don’t just produce them with the smoked black lights. I have the nightfall gray metallic. I like the color you have as well 💎
Taking too long to start, you need to turn on the accessories first (that turns on the fuel pump) and then start the engine. If it doesn’t start up faster then take it to the dealer ASAP.

Yeah that spoiler needs changed sot it looks cheap. All black or all body color. Also the don’t like the black roof, but that’s just personal preference for me on any car. Everything else you did was awesome. And that paint is fire! Love it., love the car, hopefully no one from my Mopar club is reading this lol

Direct Injection life. Takes a second to build up fuel pressure in the lines. DI requires around 2000+ psi fuel pressure compared to 40-60 psi for port injection.
Great car but I like how the camaro ss 1le looks better. I think the hood being wrapped in satin black and the 1le specific spoiler and rims look better
I would go with a high blade type spoiler! The big wing like the 1LE is so over done! I went with blade style very happy with my look! Also have the Anderson hood did kind of similar wrap setup! I got my center cowl wrap with Xpel matte so the carbon looks Dry. Also I’d probably look into getting your front bumper and other key areas Xpel ultimate for sure. If you plan to do a lot of driving.
Hey RP, how about putting some prices out there? For example, window tint$xx, wrap$, side markers, etc. That way it gives those with Camaro‘ me have an idea as to how they will be spending or they can have an idea so they don’t get ripped off. Be a pal 😜 digging the car...
I know this is an old video but I have a 21 in shock coming NON 1LE (didn’t want the suspension) with OEM 1LE spoiler and carbon fiber hood insert. I think I’m going to do the hood and mirrors in satin and that’s it. The roof might too much

a_a_ron it’s a Chevy. Having owned other direct injections engines they never took this long
@@RPProductions that's not the reason at all. The startup is oddly long, it was this long on my SS 1LE too. Nearly every car is DI at this point.
