Sir, you have very nicely explained about early hearing application. Filed a writ petition in 2012 which was admitted in high court and during final hearing ,it was dismissed in 2018. Filed a writ appeal which was admitted for final hearing . In Jan 2020 , filed an application for early hearing on the ground of sr.citizen which was allowed .but , it was not heard due to covid pandemic situation. Again filed one more similar application for early hearing on the same ground in Aug 2022 but it was rejected as " No grounds and to be listed in the usual course". Is there any time limit for again filing an application for early hearing ? I am 64 yrs and what to do now

Why not! Certainly you must tell these conditions to your Advocate. I cannot comment upon as to why the Advocate is not moving application for early disposal.... because he is the captain of your case and he knows the situation prevailing in the court best..... Better you please discuss the matter with your advocate and know his view point.
Sir, i am a senior citizen and I belongs to bpl category. I am also deaf person . The police have filed case under section 420 of IPC against the accused and in spite of nbw order since 10-1-24 against the accused the police is not taking any steps to arrest the accused and the S.D.J.M . Court staffs with ulterior motives have fixed the next date of hearing after 17 months, i.e. , on 18-6-25 which is very long gap. Please let me know how to pray for earlier date of hearing.

In this case I argue for selection and appointment as my marks more than 40 marks from cut off marks . In this post all candidates are selected and join on 2019 -20 . Last listed on March 2020 after 4 interim non AFR order and 2 only listing dates(on this date no hearing occur as listed on last numbers) . Thanks for your comment and for watching the video. As I clarified in the video the application for early hearing is to be moved if the court has ADMITTED the case for FINAL HEARING. If the case is not admitted but is still on admission stage, then you have to obtain circulation of the case by orally requesting the court for grant of a date by submitting a Circulation Slip or Praecipe. - Adv. Nice video, I filled one petition under section 482 crpc. The prayer is to seek direction for the lower court to expedite the trial in a criminal court,as per the supreme court guidelines. Case is admitted, case status sought from the trial court. But, the new hearing dates are fixed where the number of the item is so low that the HC is not able to hear the case during the hearing hours. The Registrar Judicial told me that they can't interfere into this because the cause list is prepared by computer. And, which they can't interfere with. My question: Is it not a clear example of a prayer with the intent too seek speedy trial going down in slow process? And, Can it be that the computers are allowed to hamper early hearing in cases that require a human mind?

With the consultation of a good lawyer make an application for joining yourself as a party in that case. And after becoming party in the case move an application for vacation of interim stay order. But cautioning again, do this after consultation with a good lawyer.

Hi good morning! Thanks for your comment. Yes to me it appears to be a reason for requesting the urgent listing of the matter. But then with some more details like dates etc. you should be in a position to convince the court that if the matter is not heard on an urgent basis you will really lose the chance of getting appointed. But remember it may happen that the court would say that the court always has the power to direct respondents to appoint you even when the matter is heard in normal course, if after hearing you the court would find merits in your matter. But still you may take a chance of mentioning the matter on the ground you are suggesting. Best regards.
Sir, I had writ a file in odisha high court regarding my 12th copy valuation for fresh admission in gradution in 2021 ,but till now I have not got results from court so that I had admitted graduation in a college with my previous marks but problem is that my pg entrance is coming in upcoming january or february month,so what can be do in this stage so that my 12th valuation copy case will be hearing early and I can get my increasing mark certificate for applying pg entrance in colleges. Why not! Certainly you must tell these conditions to your Advocate.
I cannot comment upon as to why the Advocate is not moving application for early disposal.... because he is the captain of your case and he knows the situation prevailing in the court best..... Better you please discuss the matter with your advocate and know his view point.

Sir, i am a senior citizen and I belongs to bpl category. I am also deaf person . The police have filed case under section 420 of IPC against the accused and in spite of nbw order since 10-1-24 against the accused the police is not taking any steps to arrest the accused and the S.D.J.M . Court staffs with ulterior motives have fixed the next date of hearing after 17 months, i.e. , on 18-6-25 which is very long gap. Please let me know how to pray for earlier date of hearing.

Last listed on March 2020 after 4 interim non AFR order and 2 only listing dates(on this date no hearing occur as listed on last numbers) .

As I clarified in the video the application for early hearing is to be moved if the court has ADMITTED the case for FINAL HEARING. If the case is not admitted but is still on admission stage, then you have to obtain circulation of the case by orally requesting the court for grant of a date by submitting a Circulation Slip or Praecipe.

I filled one petition under section 482 crpc. The prayer is to seek direction for the lower court to expedite the trial in a criminal court,as per the supreme court guidelines.
Case is admitted, case status sought from the trial court.
But, the new hearing dates are fixed where the number of the item is so low that the HC is not able to hear the case during the hearing hours.
The Registrar Judicial told me that they can't interfere into this because the cause list is prepared by computer. And, which they can't interfere with.
My question:
Is it not a clear example of a prayer with the intent too seek speedy trial going down in slow process?
And,
Can it be that the computers are allowed to hamper early hearing in cases that require a human mind?

Sir, my Writ-A was allowed on 6-1-21 after that I filled a special appeal for interest on principal of restitution, State also filed Special appeal for Stay. I also filled Contempt Application. All petitions are pending in High court Allahabad. Now one year passed but cases are not coming to list.

With the consultation of a good lawyer make an application for joining yourself as a party in that case. And after becoming party in the case move an application for vacation of interim stay order. But cautioning again, do this after consultation with a good lawyer.

Hi good morning! Thanks for your comment. Yes to me it appears to be a reason for requesting the urgent listing of the matter. But then with some more details like dates etc. you should be in a position to convince the court that if the matter is not heard on an urgent basis you will really lose the chance of getting appointed.
But remember it may happen that the court would say that the court always has the power to direct respondents to appoint you even when the matter is heard in normal course, if after hearing you the court would find merits in your matter.
But still you may take a chance of mentioning the matter on the ground you are suggesting. Best regards.

I had writ a file in odisha high court regarding my 12th copy valuation for fresh admission in gradution in 2021 ,but till now I have not got results from court so that I had admitted graduation in a college with my previous marks but problem is that my pg entrance is coming in upcoming january or february month,so what can be do in this stage so that my 12th valuation copy case will be hearing early and I can get my increasing mark certificate for applying pg entrance in colleges.
