I think she did a good job and who cares if she used a can. Im sure her confidence level just went way down with all the negative comments. I literally copied the way she did the enchiladas and they were the best I’ve ever had 😂
How to make the salsa from scratch:
Boil the following until it boils
6- Tomatillos
1 or 2- Chiles verdes
In a blender put in what you boiled
1- Ajo
A piece of white onion
1 spoon or less of salt or chicken flavor bouillon
Instead of adding water your going to add the water from where you cooked the chicken and you only add to half of your blender
To make the chicken
Add water half way to your olla, once the water is hot you can put the chicken
Add 1- ajo
And a piece of onion
Add a spoon of salt
Also when you add salt or your seasoning I don’t measure it I just add what I think is enough
I know it’s a lot of steps but it’s easy and well you already know how to do the rest you did a well job Alo Don’t trip !!

GREEN ENCHILADA RECIPE :
• 2 cans of Las Palmas green enchilada sauce
• 1 or 2 Table spoon sour cream
• 505 Southwestern Salsa, Hatch Valley, Green Chile, Medium (BUY IT FROM RALPHS & USE HALF OR AS MUCH AS YOU WANT)
• Cilantro
• Tomato
•White or red diced onion
• Cheese
•Chicken (BUY CHICKEN ALREADY COOKED AT FRYS/RALPHS TO SAVE TIME
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Add first 3 ingredients listed into a pot and mix until everything is hot & well blended
2. For now you can start cutting one tomato, diced onion, and cilantro (PLACE ASIDE)
3. Shred cooked chicken you just bought & place to side
4. When pot is done being well blended, get some tortillas & microwave them for like 20-30 seconds
5. Dip tortilla you just microwaved into the pot (one by one) & lay it down so you could add your cooked chicken into the tortilla
6. Roll the tortillas up and place in Aluminum food container
7. When that’s done, add on top the green enchilada sauce from pot onto all tortillas
8. SPRINKLE CHEESE ALL OVER CHICKEN TORTILLAS
9. Place in oven for about 10 to 15 min
10. When that is done, place it on a plate and top it with tomatoes, cilantro and onion

I always make my own enchilada sauce. As a Mexicana I don’t have exact measurements but for the green sauce boil tomatillos & chile serrano blend it w/ cilantro, garlic, onion, black pepper & knorr chicken. For red sauce boil chile California, chile de arbol blend it w/ garlic, onion & knorr chicken. Super easy to make! Also a quick tip next time when you cook your chicken add garlic, onion & knorr chicken 🙂

After the tomatillos are soft you put all of it in a blender add some salt and cilantro and also the water from the chicken and boom. The enchilada sauce is ready . Cook it on the stove for a bit and then serve

I came to see the video because I seen everyone mentioning and judging this video? I expected it to be worse I don’t see anything bad about this video just a girl who stated in the beginning of the video who is willing to learn how to cook and that will use TH-cam to learn she’s making an effort to learn everyone starts like that at some point. Some of used to do that & some of us learn faster then others, the only bad thing Is she shouldn’t wear nails if she’s not willing to learn how to do everything with them worrying about her nails will take her longer to learn and do things so slow, and leave the fear of getting burned or something.

Make them from scratch !!
Enchiladas verdes - tomatillos verdes “10”and chiles verdes(serrano) “2 or 3” or depends on how spicy you want the sauce you put the to boil until they change color t put them in the blender with salt to taste and one garlic clove(hint:so your sauce won’t be sour let the tomatoes cool down before you bend them and add a little bit of sugar) /next you salute onion on a pan with little oil /on medium low and pour your sauce turn off once it boils
Enchiladas rojas- need chile California "10"soak them in hot water for 15 min or until they are soft put them in blender add salt to taste a little bit of chocolate de la abuelita 1garlic clove and a Coca Cola to blend half or all depends you will see once you start to blend it
Prepare- Dip the cold Tortilla in Sauce and they put it in your pan with little oil once cooked top it off with lettuce queso fresco sliced tomatoes ,onion and avocado 🥑 crema mexicana
Sauce to top it off -Boil tomatoes once boiled put in blender add oregano ,mustard , pinch salt,sugar and Chile jalapeño the ones on the can and the juice and blend
Chicken- boil just like you did boil it with onion and salt to taste (worth it hope you try it and see my comment) Entered Giveaway❤️

Coca colaaaa ? The read ones I do it with Chile guajillo and I blend it in the blender with onion and garlic and then I put it on the pan with oil. 😮 wow. Never heard that one before. Let me know how it taste with golfa cola
I make my enchiladas rojas from scratch too, but way different than yours. I'm going to try your recipe thanks for sharing.
I make my enchiladas rojas con chile de arbol y guajillo
I boil about 4 to 5 tomatoes (depending on their size)
With a hanful of chiles de arbol (asados) add more if you like it spicy and 1 or 2 chiles guajillo.
Then I blend my chiles y tomates and then strain them. Then pour the sauce over heated oil in a pan... I chopp off some onion and add it to the sauce and also add salt or knorr suiza de pollo to taste and let it cook for 30 minutes on medium/low heat.
After that your sauce is ready and you can begin prepping your tortillas and add whatever toppings you want inside of them..
I make mine with queso, sometimes pollo, or sometimes chorizo con papa, o papas zanahoria. BOMB.COM

Ingredients: 10 Tomatillos, 5 Chile serranos (add more if you like the spice, I prefer mine spicy) garlic, onion. This is for the sauce you boil this and then you blend it, after that you put your pan on the stove and put some oil on it and you fry the sauce. Then you need chicken and you boil it in salt with onion, after it’s cooked you shred it and let it cool a bit. meanwhile you fry your tortillas in oil to cook them a bit (not hard) and you put the chicken in it and roll them up, then you put them in the fried sauce and let them get sauce all over, then they’re ready! Your man will love them sooooo much!!

Green salsa:
10-15 tomatillos
4-5 serranos depending on how spicy you like
Boil
After they’re boiled blend with a half of white onion , 2 garlic cloves and I like to add a teaspoon of cumin you can either use the powder or actual cumin and 3 tablespoons of chicken bouillon or to your preference you can use more
Once sauce is ready in a pan add some Julianned onions and let onions fry a little once they are a caramel color then add the blended sauce a let it come to a boil.
At 4:16 Alo is like "I've been getting really bad luck" and the flame from her stove got bigger 🔥🔥🔥😂😂😂

Honestly Alo is getting a lot of hate on her cooking. Girl do your thing! You’re learning & having fun with you boo!! We all start somewhere, with more practice you’ll be amazing. One tip that makes everything easier, shred the chicken with a fork! Personally for me red sauce has to be made from scratch but the Green Palma sauce is good. We all started somewhere ❤ this reminds me when I first started cooking ... it takes time... I'm still learning and I love trying new recipes. I love to cook for my family and the way they enjoy it is everything for me ❤
So I’m from here and married my husband from Mexico I learned how to cook foods from my suegra and i learned the enchiladas from them. How ever I do cook for my family both style of enchiladas chicken with the las palmas and Mexican cheese with the way my suegra taught me.
5 chile guajillo
1 garlic tooth
A pinch of oregano
Boil Chile’s until soft then put 3 cups of water in blender with garlic and oregano and salt to flavor “East on the salt” lol
Then strain it and use to cook
Dip tortilla and cook in oil when done put queso fresco crumbled to your desire. You can also use chicken and top with lettuce tomatoes sliced purple onion sour cream. Those chicken ones with las palmas I put in a dish and in the oven to melt chees but I throw all left over sauce on them.
Green sauce
1 can cream of chicken blend 2 Chile Serrano with it cook tortillas without sauce like you did and fill with chicken after you have them all in a dish Poor sauce and cheese over lol just another way I’m looking at the other recipes to they sound good.
