ok. this is weird. i've seen other....teachers/mentors/etc...and at the lowest, most basic level i've understood what they were saying. but with sarah, its a step above in understanding. its like a puzzle and the pieces fall into place and its a weird feeling when that happens.

i like that "it's over if you say it's over" none of this is obligatory, it's always up to the person if they want to interact with a so-called "soul contract" or not.
i love the analogy of meeting someone you find weird at a party. i remember when i first started my current job there was a regular customer who i near instantly didn't like. we repelled each other like opposite ends of magnets and i couldnt understand why. over this past year she has gone through hardship with her husband being put in a home and expressed to me one day that her garden was completely overgrown as she spends all her days visiting her husband. so i offered to garden for her, as i love to garden. now we are friends and have discovered more in common than i ever thought possible. i remember journaling a few weeks back about the development of our relationship as souls and how beautiful it truly is

That's interesting, I encountered someone like that and after giving her a chance, it took 5 years to see the karmic effect she would have in my life. It was awful, and the things is that she didn't do intentionally, but she carried a karmic debt that transferred to me when I was not on guard.
That person was an open door . So I don't befriend anyone that I originally have a weird feeling about. Those are signs. At least it was for me.
I reject every contract that i dont come in agreement down to the last word and my highest level of consciousness. I reject every contract thats one sided, i reject people who come to only benefit themselves, i reject contracts with karmic debt that i dont have defence against. I reject people with all karmic debt numbers that dont aling with my debt. I place hedges around me to deflect every attack , every soul contract, legal contract. Physical contract. May they run back to where they come from, even if they try. May i be invisible to people with bad karmic debts and bad intentions. This is my contract with my own soul. May it reject anything that's against these words.

This makes me realise some of the people, situations we instantly deny, should actually be experienced even if you can see the end. As the pain (which we tend to hide from) is not the thing we need to remember/keep hold of. Instead search through that haystack and find your needle (lesson) all the while enjoying what you can, protect where needed, with modesty and humbleness. Giving as much good as possible despite what was offered. The lessons or the blessings are what we really need to experience... Pain means pleasure.. You will only receive the pleasure if you can sail through the pain first🙏
We can also choose to learn the lesson without immersing ourselves in the person's influence (she says it towards the end)

A soul contract of mine just ended yesterday. I was so badly trying to keep the person even though they ended up not even truly loving me, instead... just using me and not treating me like the divine being that I am. It really sucks to experience the end of our relationship but I learned a lot about this person, his family, the environment that I was in, and a ton about myself as well. Highly appreciative for the entire process of it, from the nasty start of it to the lovely finish of the false union. I had a feeling he wasn't my real twin flame. Something was just so.... off. I should have just listened to my intuition long ago but I wanted to give him a shot. I am ready for new connections and continuing on with my spiritual journey/kundalini awakening all by myself with love, light, courage, joy, determination, honesty, and strength. I got this shiiieeeeet. No one can stop this woman!!! Like yeah right?!?!?! 💪🏻 I am SO proud of me, even when the man that claimed to love me, didn't and trambled all over my heart. I still can't believe that it was all for some lessons though lol. Those were such some painful soul lessons that I endured! Little did I know that I would come out of that EVEN stronger than I already was and become even more wise!!! I truly thought I was going to die, quite literally hahaha. I fell in love with someone who wasn't ever meant to truly love me back. Like ouch Universe, lol. Like you were saying, I surely wouldn't have gotten into that one had I known how much hurt, fear, heartbreak, trauma, and worry that I was being set up for, for soul growth! I am happy though, the pain is over with for now. I absolutely loved and needed those lessons too so yayyyyy!!! Thank you so, so much, Universe!!!! I adore you and love you sooooo deeply!!!! Thank you as well, angels and divine team of light!! I couldn't have guidance without you by my side!!! Ps, the cosmic jokes were pretty gnarly and cute too. I feel like I am ready to let go and move on from the lessons imparted by any karmic debt I had to my mother. I relinquish the perceived debts as I do not need her lesson of learning to love myself around her narcissistic tendencies any longer. I am at a place where I feel love for myself regardless of what people around me try to make me believe about myself or the love they withhold or bait with.

Stellar! 🤩 This explains why I was reluctant to jump into the portal in the precieved 'waiting area' full of light beings. I was ultimately "bumped" in while being slightly rebellious lol. In the middle of reminded the other light beings around me how we didn't 'have' to go & how we still had a choice. I ultimately think it was a higher version of self that bumped me into the wormhole, of course...I knew I had to make myself be here for this. And I embrace every moment of this experience now. This was synchronistic watching it today. I’ll need to think more about whether it was a soul contract or karmic debt with my mother, but something came to completion in the last few days. Me and my father definitely had a soul contract to awaken each other.

I experienced an intense and raw love for someone who ended up betraying me multiple times over the course of our relationship. It got to the point where I felt like I’d die without this individual… one day I had a mental breakdown and went to a pond and several beautiful ducks were gently hovering over the water. I observed them quietly in awe, but also feeling the despair of my broken heart. It was at this moment that my consciousness expanded and I felt one with the ducks. I felt the universal energy that connects everything together, like a huge energetic spider web. I became an observer of myself through an expanded perspective and I realized that the divine exists within every bit of matter. I haven’t been the same since, and my spiritual awakening has allowed me to grow as a soul navigating this physical realm we call earth 🌎 I am beyond thankful for the lessons my soul contract provided me. This was very helpful for me! It clarifies some things for sure because when I started down my more intense path (didn't know that'd even be possible at the time, holy cow!!) to a fairly manic years-long awakening process I had this cool dream where three men in fedoras came walking up my drive and at first I had a feeling like I was in trouble. They unfolded and lay out big papers on my kitchen table and were showing them to me. I thought they were maps at the time. That was just before the shit REALLY hit the fan for a few more years, and I'm thinking maybe they were letting me know I had new contracts or maps? Then it got really interesting when they took their hats off and grew to enormous height, towering through my roof! I had a wonderful short encounter in a white space like in the Matrix with a gorgeous young blond man who held and then set down a briefcase, who was not as tall as the other two but still very tall. Looking back, especially after watching this video, it really makes more sense to me. Thank you for that 💜🙏😊

First, I want to say I am now a subscriber, and I liked the video. Words cannot express your energy in the honesty. I felt coming through your message. You helped me understand what I was already feeling. I left my ex for years ago and I finally left him a voice message telling him everything I truly felt. His response was exactly what I needed. he still making moves with his ego and his pride. The thing that was holding me to him was myself. And it was all mental. I removed myself from him. I did not physically allow him access. He did not have my phone number but I would reach out every now and then to see if he had changed grown matured and learned I’ve leveled up and so I wanted the best for him as well, he doesn’t want more for himself. That is not my struggle or my problem. Thank you for helping me realize that I had to get out of my own way., and I did just that🎉

Hi. You can't imagine how the subtle details and nuances about karmic bonds and soul contracts you mentioned have made me question deeper if it's time for me to take a step forward in my life and move on to the next phase. I have been holding on a relationship for 13 years that's becoming toxic in these final stages, I changed a lot, I woke up from this ilusionary dream, and she is totally unconcious and blind to The Truth, doesnt want to talk about anything else than objective situations and find pleasure and comfort in the material world only, like her friends and family.
But by leaving this partner (we still get along well, generally) that's been keeping me away, on the string, cleverly, from my now already grown up kids (from a previous 14 years marriage), 3 boys which I have a deep connection with, isnt it going to produce "bad" karma for my experience here on Earth regarding her?
I respect her and have feelings for her too, of course, but like a friend.
She will be hurt, and not understanding why I do this now, after a long time together, despite I told her many times that the physical separation she managed to slowly impose between my kids and me is leaving more and more incomplete, empty, unsatisfied, and feeling I'm in the "wrong" place.
Meaning, I feel trapped between what I feel I should do:
1) learn this lesson and move on, or
2) stay with this person because there is still some things to learn from this experience.
Because all I read and hear, and agree, is that the Universe (your Higher Self) puts you exactly where you need to be, and to trust It to unveil the fruits of the experience, whatever I feel it's unpleasant or not.
Surrender. But up to what point?
To be able to sustain this situation, my kids will feel hurt, disapointed, if I move on, my partner will feel hurt... And I wouldnt like or want to hurt anyone at all.
Looks like that's impossible...
Thank you for clearing up a bit more what is apparently an unsolved dilema, as I agree with you that the lack of iniciative on my part as become an excuse, I feel I have drained out the need to be where I am, there is no more to realize from this experience, despite having a comfortable and easy life (not enough...)
