Thank you Charity for these videos. As a believer with natural hair, you are the only natural hair youtuber I watch consistently. I love that you talk about embracing our natural hair and involving God in the process instead of gimmicks that promise overnight miracles but never deliver. There are so many short cuts to tail bone hair out there and women are abandoning the journey once they realise they don't work for them. It takes a strong woman to confess she is fearfully and wonderfully made and her natural hair was part of God's design.

If you add extensions, first wash and soak in water and vinegar, next I advise moisturizing before putting it in braids. Knotless braids or a ponytail braid is best in my opinion. Best to do it yourself or go to a trusted stylist. Remember to add oil and moisturize even when you have braids. My hair grows tremendously. It is the technique.

That can be true for some people but not all. I know women that wear twists and wash and go's all the time and their hair is to their wasit when they straightened their hair, and these women has 4C hair, 4b, hair, so it depends on the hair. For me, I'm trying to do protective styles to keep my hand out of my hair. This is my journey for 2024.

How many times do you Wash your hair in a month?
I truly believe when God made our hair, he made it very good. But I have damaged my hair so bad before I realized what God gave me was good enough. I wear weave now because of what did to my own hair over the years before I came to that realization. Now I want to love my hair but it's so damaged and thinned out that it's hard for me to love it. What's your take on this?

Am at armpit length but would have to give my hair like an inch trim because I got a lot of single strand knots from a wash and go I did.
I will be posting that wash and go video soon to just teach the no go areas of a wash and go I learned from my experience.
