Thank you, Paul. Yes, I have some new stuff going on with my body and the only way for me to know how to deal with it and get better is to do alot of research and learn what makes me go manic, how to listen to my body, how to understand the things that causes Bipolar episodes , rest more, and learn what to do when I have episodes from Bipolar Disorder and ADHD. I am also sharing the information that I find with a very close relative of mine. I not only want to get better and know how to understand my conditions but I want my favorite relative that is like a twin sister to me to also be aware of her condition as well. Sharing is caring, Paul. I know that I can't go at this alone. I also pray and like to practice Tai Chi and 4-7-8 breathing. My Pooh bear has already told me that they will be there with me and we will deal with this together. I am so grateful to have my partner. Someone that truly loves me just as I am. I remember before my partner and I were in no contact, they were training my body to get up at 4 am and take a nap at 10am. I had done that exact thing this morning and I feel so much better after following the up at 4or after 5 am and going back to sleep at 10 am. Paul there is so much that my partner had gotten me acclimated in doing. My partner is and has always prepared me for what's to come. I am truly grateful for my Boo.
A long time ago when I was in my previous rheumatologist office I had found a brochure with medical bracelets and watch medical ID bands. I kept it in a place in which I could find and I was looking at it. My partner and I will look at it together and get stainless steel and silicone watch bands with medical ID or whichever one that we decide to get together because in the event of an emergency EMTs will be able to know our medical conditions, allergies, and etc.. I had been thinking ahead of time for this because I want my partner and I to be safe by having something that will notify EMTs in an emergency situation. But the material will have to be made from stainless steel and silicone because our skin must be safe from silver.

a rare autoimmune disease in 2016 at age 24. The light has been snuffed out. The betrayals of people I would hv done anything for showing their actual malicious intent that I nvr saw. I keep pushing & and praying, and I keep holding on until I can get justice for my boys. I can't gv up.
