For those who don’t understand. There are lots of Hasidic Jewish dynasties in Judaism, depending on the region of where in eastern Europe they hailed from prior to WW2.
Every dynasty has a grand rabbi who would have been a descendants of the original rabbi a few hundred years ago. You can distinguish the Rabbi by his shiny coat as opposed to a black one. When the rabbi’s child or grand child married all the deciples celebrate as if it was their brother getting married, hence the excitement you see.

Поясню про что видео. В у хасидов есть множество династий равинов. В каждой династии есть главный равин. Его можно узнать по светлой одежде, в то время как остальные хасиды одеты в чёрное. While I'm Jewish and think the Hasidic strange (I'm still very kind to them), this wonderful display shows the enormous respect these people have for their elders and the respect for the rabbi, a man of education. The values are so opposite here in the US where older people are pushed aside. Many of the religious Jewish people I speak with have such adoration for their rabbis.
