Getting rid of brilliant characters and killing them off for no reason. Like Pete Beale. Den Watts. And Donna had the potential for being great so of course they had to kill her off! Imagine if she was still alive today? She could come back causing more trouble for Kathy!
as a victim of this crime myself im amazed kathy was outside so soon it terrifide me for months after it happened i certainly didnt go outside for a while
As far as I understand it, like every other type of trauma, people will deal with this differently. If I am not mistaken either, its not Kathy's first time. Because she went through it before, she may be more experienced to talk about it and the shock isnt as severe. But I hope you are doing OK after it and moved on.

1985 to 2002 were the best years of EE. Atleast the characters in the show knew how to act. 2003 onwards has been absolutely piss poor shit.
Tijinder Singh coronation street also became shite from 2003 onwards
2003 is when it started to go downhill. 2006 is when I stopped watching completely
I agree just add til 2005, after Den, Dennis, Johnny & Grant leaving Eastenders has really gone awful
It's telling that after they went from 3 episodes a week to 4 (in 2001), the quality went down.

Tired repetitive storylines, aging characters although I’m still a fan. The early years are the best.
